From single-use plastic to recyclable plastics, Just Say No To Plastic educates readers on why we should all learn to just say no to plastic.

Olivia VanHorn is the primary editor and writer for Just Say No To Plastic. She first 11707629_10153511400348447_1207758567561542418_nbecame interested and aware of the extremities of plastic consumption and pollution issues in late 2017 when single-use plastic straws began to make noise among environmentalists as being one of the most harmful plastic items invading our ecosystems. After learning the effects of single-use and non-recyclable plastic straws, she became more conscious of her own consumption of plastic products.

VanHorn is a senior journalism major at West Virginia University. She was born and raised in Morgantown and grew up a tried and true Mountaineer fan. As a sports communications minor, she aspires to one day be a sports information director for an NCAA Division I university.
